The core of the product utilizes a UL94 V-0 grade flame-retardant insulating body, high-elasticity phosphor bronze conductive terminals, and an SPCC metal shielding shell. The terminal contact area is gold-plated, and the solder legs are fog-tin plated, ensuring excellent conductivity and solderability. The product exhibits stable electrical performance, high insulation resistance, low contact impedance, and meets voltage withstand requirements, ensuring stable data transmission. Its mechanical properties are reliable, with a mating and extraction lifespan of ≥1000 cycles, making it less prone to loosening and deformation even after long-term use. The product can withstand high-temperature reflow soldering at 260°C and complies with RoHS 2.0 and HSF halogen-free environmental protection requirements.
