T1W-C010-38Y0 is a single-port 8P8C unshielded RJ45 Ethernet connector, utilizing a standard DIP straight-through mounting structure, suitable for standardized cabling and automated production on various network boards.
Features
- Standard DIP straight insertion structure, 2.54mm standard PCB spacing, compatible with automated SMT production, standardized wiring
- UL94V-0 flame-retardant PBT shell, resistant to high temperatures and anti-aging, compatible with lead-free reflow soldering process, flame-retardant and safe
- 0.46mm high-elasticity phosphor bronze terminal, 40μ" nickel base + 1μ" gold plating, stable conductivity, oxidation resistance, and wear resistance
- The insertion and extraction lifespan is ≥750 times, with a 5.5Kgf plug retention force. The structure is sturdy and resistant to pulling, making it less likely to loosen or fall off
- Rated voltage of 125V, withstand voltage of 1000V, excellent insulation performance, and stable and reliable electrical performance
- -40℃~+85℃ industrial wide temperature range, adaptable to complex high and low temperature conditions, compatible with industrial-grade equipment
- The interface size complies with FCC Part 68 and TIA-1096-A international standards, and is compatible with most network devices
- Unshielded and minimalist design, cost optimization, suitable for general network scenarios without special EMI requirements
