Description
WD-3017-40 is an industrial-grade 15-pin reverse-angled flush D-SUB (D-type ultra-small) connector, specifically designed for high-density signal transmission scenarios on PCB boards. It adopts an ultra-thin, integrated structure with a flush design, balancing high connection reliability, excellent electrical performance, and compact space adaptability. It is a versatile, high-reliability connecting device for industrial control equipment, instrumentation, communication terminals, network equipment, and other fields
Features
- The reverse plate-hiding design features a plate depth of only 0.5mm, making it suitable for ultra-thin PCB installation scenarios
- Comes with #4-40UNC threaded lock screws and SUS304 stainless steel fishbone fasteners for stable and anti-loose connection
- The DIP pin length is 1.60mm, compatible with standard PCB boards of 1.20mm thickness, with a tolerance of ±0.05mm
- C2680 copper terminal base material, with flash gold plating process on the contact area, low contact resistance, and excellent conductivity
- The solder tail is plated with matte tin, with a plating thickness of ≥100μ". It has strong solderability and is firmly welded, making it difficult to fall off
- The overall structural design ensures stable signal transmission without crosstalk, meeting the requirements of industrial-grade signal transmission
- It adopts a UL94V-0 grade flame-retardant LCP plastic shell, which is resistant to high temperatures and flame retardant, suitable for high-temperature industrial environments
- The metal shell, screws, and rivets are all nickel-plated for protection, ensuring rust resistance and corrosion resistance, thereby extending their service life
- It can operate stably in an industrial-grade wide temperature range of -55℃ to +85℃, adapting to complex working conditions
