The housing is made of 0.30mm thick SPCC steel and plated with bright nickel, providing corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and excellent appearance quality. The internal rubber core is made of high-temperature resistant PA6T engineering plastic, ensuring both insulation and structural strength.
The product strictly controls the assembly process, ensuring that plastic sag is ≤0.10mm and overall tensile strength is ≥1KG. This effectively prevents issues such as plastic detachment and warping, and the appearance is free of scratches, deformations, and other defects.
