WUTC-24E2-DS01 is a 24Pin SMT female connector with a sink plate design compliant with the USB Type-C standard. It features a 0.8mm mid-position sink plate design and is compatible with PCB boards of 0.60mm thickness. The core of the product is made of UL94 V-0 grade flame-retardant insulation, high-elasticity phosphor bronze terminals, and SPCC nickel-plated metal housing. The terminal contact area is gold-plated, and the solder legs are mist tin-plated, providing excellent conductivity and solderability. The product supports high-speed transmission up to 10Gbps, with stable electrical performance, a plugging and unplugging lifespan of ≥10,000 cycles, and can withstand high-temperature reflow soldering at 260°C. It meets RoHS and HSF halogen-free environmental protection requirements and is widely compatible with various Type-C interface devices in digital, industrial control, automotive, consumer electronics, and other fields.
