The core of the product utilizes a UL94 V-0 grade flame-retardant insulating body, high-elasticity phosphor bronze terminals, and an SPCC metal shielding shell. The terminal contact area is gold-plated, and the solder legs are mist tin-plated, ensuring excellent conductivity and solderability. The product boasts stable electrical performance, high insulation resistance, low contact impedance, and meets voltage withstand requirements, ensuring stable data transmission. Its mechanical properties are reliable, with a mating and withdrawal lifespan of ≥1000 cycles, making it less prone to loosening and deformation even after long-term use.
